Supporting HR Specialist (Assistant Manager) in day to day HR operations delivery, including Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Learning, and Benefit.

  • Good English proficiency (oral & written)

Assistant Brand Manager
Job Desc:

- Supporting Brand Manager in all Marketing Activities
- Project in handling day-to-day marketing activities, e.g: 
  activity preparation, supplier handling, agencies, etc
- Creatively managing & developing the brand mix:
  Proposition, Price, Place, Promotion and Product, with focus
  more in Promotion area
- Creating "out-of-the-box" ideas in developing the brand to
  disrupt market, especially for New Product/Brand in the 
  market
Qualification:
- Min Bachelor degree, Post graduate business degree
  preferred (MBA)
- Having 2 years experience in Brand Management, preferably from FMCG industry
- Max 30 years old
- Excellent communication skill & fluent in English
- Good Project Management Skill
- Good Customer Marketing interface
- Possess Business acumen
- Teamwork spirited, hardworking, self-motivated to complete delegated tasks
Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting - Area

Description


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Sales team to provide relevant & accurate information in timely manner.
  • Responsible for management of debtor (Account Receivable) and promotion claim.
  • Perform budget control.
  • Ensure the depot operational run properly, including follow of all Perda, Tax, and Employment Law).
  • Give excellent service to support internal party (Central Account, CSOG, Legal, etc).
  • Capable to innovate and initiate business process simplification.
  • Build high competence and good leadership to achieve the best performance
Requirements:
  • Willing to be placed in ANY area in Indonesia
  • Bachelor in Accounting from top tier University
  • GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00 scale
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer Literate
  • High initiative and motivated to learn
  • Possess leadership experience
  • Critical & analytical thinking
  • Legally authorized to work in Indonesia
